4. Waitlist (Contact Form)

On our website, we offer the option to sign up for the waitlist of our app via a form. The following data is collected:

Purpose: Your data is used exclusively to inform you about the launch of the PERMA-Lead® App and, if applicable, to send you an exclusive launch discount.

Storage period: Your data will be stored until the launch of the app or until you revoke your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by emailing info@perma-lead-app.de.

Form Processing via FormSubmit.co

We use the service FormSubmit.co to process form submissions. When you submit the form, your data is transmitted to FormSubmit.co servers and forwarded to us as an email.

Note: FormSubmit.co servers may be located outside the EU. FormSubmit.co processes data only for forwarding purposes and does not store it permanently. For more information, please see the FormSubmit.co Privacy Policy.

5. Local Data Storage (localStorage)

Our website uses your browser's localStorage to store the following information locally on your device:

  • waitlist-submitted: whether you have already signed up (prevents duplicate entries)
  • waitlist-name: your name for the personalized confirmation message

This data does not leave your device and is not transmitted to us or third parties. You can delete this data at any time through your browser settings.

Cookies: Our website currently does not set any cookies.

6. Analytics Tools

Our website currently does not use any analytics or tracking tools. No cookies are set for analytical purposes and no user behavior is evaluated.
